We provide residential and commercial painting services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and a formal agreement.
2. Quotes & Payment
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. A 25% deposit is required before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has commenced.
4. Website Use
You may not misuse this site, copy its content, or attempt to access secure areas without permission. Content is provided for general information only.
5. Liability
While we aim for accuracy in all content and communications, Brushed Painting is not liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes related to website use or project expectations unless otherwise stated in a written contract.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Brushed Painting or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts of Vancouver.
